Unapologetic happiness

This is a diary of sorts.

Retrogrades and full moons, transits and transgressions: deaths and awakenings.

When we enter the world, every morning, like a beautiful ground-hog: we do so with certain aspirations. These aspirations may be very unintelligible as they appear to be a blend of many desires bundled into one big cluster of: getting on with life. Most aim to be happy, at least that’s what they say when asked. This aim to be happy, this global mission of humanity somewhat seems to be easier said than done. The news of the world, the social media sentiment, the outcries for help, the status of hunger, of poverty:: these are all things that we could call the conscious collective emotional sentiment of humanity. The happy-trend so to speak, doesn’t look too happy at the moment. My happiness is like every other grain of sand in the desert, equally important to the whole equation:: and… that brings me to my question.

Given the global circumstances….

Can I be unapologetically happy?

My answer… given the circumstances… is that…

I must be unapologetically happy.
