I have a somewhat challenging endeavour at hand
It started when I received a phone call at work:
,, Lydia, is that you?”
Yes, thats me
“Thank god, im told you are the one that can help”
Whats the issue?
“The factory will be bulldozed next monday”
A year later I sat down with owners of one of Icelands larger construction companies, the one with the bulldozers, and wired them 29M
That was a final showdown and all bets settled.
Now I am responsible for running a corporation that now owns this factory.
The challenge is twofold:
Logically financial math must be tuned to win
Emotionally relations must be positive
What is imperative is that these two must be interwoven:: softly
